Please read these terms of service ("terms", "terms of service") carefully before using ApiChat.io service (the "service") operated by ApiChat ("us", 'we", "our").

Communications

The entire communication with us is electronic. Every time you send us an email or visit our website, you are going to be communicating with us. You hereby consent to receive communications from us. If you subscribe to the news on our website, you are going to receive regular emails from us. We will continue to communicate with you by posting news and notices on our website and by sending you emails. You also agree that all notices, disclosures, agreements and other communications we provide to you electronically meet the legal requirements that such communications be in writing.

Comments, Reviews, and Emails

Visitors may post content as long as it is not obscene, illegal, defamatory, threatening, infringing of intellectual property rights, invasive of privacy or injurious in any other way to third parties. Content has to be free of software viruses, political campaign, and commercial solicitation.

We reserve all rights (but not the obligation) to remove and/or edit such content. When you post your content, you grant ApiChat non-exclusive, royalty-free and irrevocable right to use, reproduce, publish, modify such content throughout the world in any media.

License and Site Access

We grant you a limited license to access and make personal use of this website. You are not allowed to download or modify it. This may be done only with written consent from us.

User Account

If you are an owner of an account on this website, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your private user details (username,  password or token). You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
Please use them responsibly and with good practices.

Conditions of Use

We will provide their services to you, which are subject to the conditions stated below in this document. Every time you visit this website, use its services or make a purchase, you accept the following conditions. This is why we urge you to read them carefully.

It is forbidden to publish, distribute, sublicense, or sell copies of the Module or modified copies of the Module, which do not use the ApiChat service or plans.

Sending limit: 1 message per second.
Usually there are 3 - 4 updates per year, and typically they do not affect the work of ApiChat. In the event that they may affect in the future, the expected timeframe to update the API is 1 business day.

The software, module or service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and noninfringement. If any of these rules or any future changes are unacceptable to you, do not use the service. Your continued use of the service now, or following the posting of notice of any changes in these operating rules, will indicate acceptance and agreement by you of such rules, changes, or modifications.

We reserve all rights to terminate or not renew accounts or subscriptions in our sole discretion, whether due to improper use or otherwise. In the case of early termination of the service, the balance to be returned will be estimated according to each case.

1. ApiChat is unofficial and independent of WhatsApp Inc.
2. Your account can be banned by anti-spam system WhatsApp after several clicking the "block" button. In this case ApiChat is not responsible for the misuse of the account and will not refund any money.
3. Message archives will be stored for a week to a maximum of 30 days and then deleted.
4. You agree not to use the ApiChat service for spam and bulk messaging.
5. By authorizing the phone number (messenger account) in the ApiChat service, you agree that ApiChat will have full access to the authorized account in the messenger.
6. ApiChat has the right to block your access to the service in case of violation of the "General Terms of Service".
7. Authorising your number you agree on our terms of service. We advise you to read our tips on using ApiChat.

Cell phone where you have your WhatsApp number must be switched on and with internet access.
ApiChat requires your cell phone connected to synchronize messages. To reduce the consumption of your data, connect your phone to a Wi-Fi network.
